If the cardholder’s details you provided do not match the bidder or contract name on the bidding forms you have submitted, you will be asked to repeat this process or to provide additional information before you can bid.
If you have successfully provided all the required documents for the remote bidding process, you will shortly receive an email from us to confirm you are ready to bid.
We will now send you an email which will authorise you to bid via the Auction Passport from our partners at the essential information group where you will receive a pin number to enable you to bid online.
