Meet the Team

Andrew Binstock has been in the auction industry since 1999 and co-founded Auction House London in 2011. Andrew is widely considered to be one of the best auctioneers in the UK with his energetic and passionate style combined with his ability to entertain the audience and his refusal to bring the gavel down until the very last pound has been extracted. He regularly features on BBC1’s Homes Under the Hammer and conducts numerous charity auctions throughout the year. Away from the office Andrew is a keen footballer and an avid Chelsea fan.

Jamie Royston has been in the property industry for the last 30 years in various guises. Jamie brings a wealth of experience to the company after founding a Financial Brokerage specialising in equities, derivatives and commodities to a corporate client base. Jamie’s fresh approach to the Auction industry has been a major factor in the continued growth of Auction House London. Away from the office Jamie splits his time between family and his love of football and Martial Arts.

Jordan Phillips has been at Auction House London since 2013 and in that time has proved him self to be a highly competent valuer and an asset to the company. He regularly receives positive feedback from his clients and is consistently building his network and reputation. Away from the office Jordan enjoys travelling and socialising with friends and clients alike.

With over 15 years of experience in the property industry, Jamie has successfully facilitated the sale of countless properties, helping clients achieve exceptional results. Whether conducting high-energy auctions, providing accurate property valuations, or managing the sales team, Jamie’s commitment is to professionalism, integrity, and achieving successful outcomes. Outside of work, Jamie is a family man spending most of his downtime doing DIY, watching football, taking long dog walks and being with his children.

Liz Bentley has served as Finance Manager at Auction House London since its inception in 2011. She brought extensive experience, notably as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young, where she honed the expertise that would later drive the development of Auction House London’s accounting systems. Liz’s contributions have been pivotal to the company’s growth, providing a solid financial foundation over the past decade.
Liz enjoys quality time with her family, including her energetic spaniel, outside of work. She’s an avid football fan and has a passion for travel.

Previously to joining AHL in November 2023, Alice established herself in the flexible office space industry, ex- WeWork & Savills. Over her career she has developed a keen eye for business operations within in a strong corporate environment, which she will be helping to apply and develop with the young and dynamic team at Auction House London. Outside of work, Alice’s interests including trying out new gym classes, restaurants and travelling.

As an experienced property valuer with a deep understanding of the auction market, Puja specialises in delivering accurate, data-driven valuations that help property owners maximise their returns. With seven years of experience, Puja has valued residential, commercial, and industrial properties, ensuring that clients are well-positioned to achieve successful auction outcomes. With a proven track record of success in the auction sector, Puja is committed to helping property owners achieve the best possible sale prices, while making the valuation and auction process smooth and seamless.

Zac joined in June 2020 after he completed an apprenticeship with another property auctioneer. Zac is responsible for the operations and marketing side of the auction cycles, including preparing the catalogues, sharing newsletters with the public, and completing compliance checks for sellers and buyers. Zac is also one of our three auctioneers making his rostrum debut in May 2024. Outside of work, Zac enjoys listening to music, going to watch Arsenal and spending time with friends and family.

Georgia joined the team in August 2020 to pursue her passion for property after previous experience in Property Recruitment. Away from the office, Georgia enjoys socialising with family and friends, meeting new faces and jetting away when she can.

Joe joined the team in March 2021, previously working in commercial real estate. Joe has built a reputation for accuracy and professionalism, providing valuations for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. His knowledge of local and regional market trends enables him to offer expert advice for sales, investments, or property development. Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing padel and is a season ticket holder at Spurs.

Oliver joined in June 2021 to pursue a career in property. Having graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a Business Degree. In his spare time Oliver is passionate about football and golf and enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Noah joined the team in January 2022 after finishing university. Whether it’s a family home, a large estate, or a commercial building, Noah approaches each valuation with the same level of precision and dedication, delivering reports that clients can trust. Away from the office, Noah enjoys listening to music, watching any sport on TV, and going to the Gym.

Amber joined the team in March 2022 to enhance her knowledge in business and property. Previously, she collaborated with various artists and art galleries in London and Leicestershire in mainly assistant and administration roles. Outside of the office, Amber enjoys reading, travelling and socialising with family and friends. She is always enthused to meet new people and rise to new challenges.

With three years experience as sales support  Max plays a key role in coordinating auction operations. He manages client inquiries and helps facilitate successful sales. Recently, Max has also begun assisting with valuations, further expanding his expertise in the auction process. Known for his organisational skills, Max is passionate about building client relationships and contributing to the success of Auction House London.

Olivia joined the team in September 2023, wanting to develop and grow her skills within the property industry. Previously, she has worked alongside global brands whilst in admin and project management roles. Outside of work, Olivia enjoys listening to music, spending time with friends and family and playing with her dog. She is very extroverted and loves meeting new people.

After working in between breaks from University, Jake fully joined the Auction House Team in September 2024. His focus will be generating new business for the company and meeting new clients. Jake has always been interested in property and loves the fast-paced nature of auctions. Away from the office, he enjoys playing football with friends, watching the F1, reading and socialising with friends.

Ella joined the team in September 2024 after interning at Auction House London for a few months. She completed a degree in Economics and Management at Bocconi University and has previous work experience in architecture and interior design. Ella enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling and learning new languages.  As part of her business development role Ella is looking forward to building relationships with new clients.

Amy joined Auction House London at the beginning of 2019 after working in the property industry for 14 years. She is responsible for the administration side of the auction cycles, which includes liaising with solicitors and dealing with legal documents. Outside of work, Amy spends her time with family and socialising with friends and enjoys meeting new people.

Bo recently joined the Auction House London team as their new administrative assistant. Bo has brought her organisational skills with her from her previous experience working as a Sales Assistant in a local boutique. Outside of work, Bo enjoys spending time with family, going out with friends, and walking her two dogs.
