Jamie Royston has been in the property industry for the last 30 years in various guises. Jamie brings a wealth of experience to the company after founding a Financial Brokerage specialising in equities, derivatives and commodities to a corporate client base. Jamie’s fresh approach to the Auction industry has been a major factor in the continued growth of Auction House London. Away from the office Jamie splits his time between family and his love of football and Martial Arts.

Andrew Binstock has been in the auction industry since 1999 and co-founded Auction House London in 2011. Andrew is widely considered to be one of the best auctioneers in the UK with his energetic and passionate style combined with his ability to entertain the audience and his refusal to bring the gavel down until the very last pound has been extracted. He regularly features on BBC1’s Homes Under the Hammer and conducts numerous charity auctions throughout the year. Away from the office Andrew is a keen footballer and an avid Chelsea fan.

Jordan plays a central role at Auction House London, working closely with private clients to deliver outstanding auction results across residential, commercial and investment property. As Associate Director, he manages a significant portion of the auction catalogue each month, bringing market knowledge and client understanding built over more than a decade in the industry.

Having joined the team in 2013, Jordan has grown with the business from the ground up, progressing from junior to director level and continuing to build long-standing relationships with clients who return to him time and again. His recent performance has broken all records both personally and for the wider team with the sale of a of a commercial portfolio totalling £18,500,000.

Away from the auction room, Jordan is a keen tennis player and boxing enthusiast, and enjoys socialising and spending time with his friends and family.

With over 15 years of experience in the property industry, Jamie has successfully facilitated the sale of countless properties, helping clients achieve exceptional results. Whether conducting high-energy auctions, providing accurate property valuations, or managing the sales team, Jamie’s commitment is to professionalism, integrity, and achieving successful outcomes. Outside of work, Jamie is a family man spending most of his downtime doing DIY, watching football, taking long dog walks and being with his children.

Alice brings a wealth of operational expertise to Auction House London, drawing on a career built across some of the most demanding environments in commercial property. As Operations Director, she oversees the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring every auction cycle is delivered to the highest standard and that the team has the processes, structure and support in place to perform at their best.

Before joining AHL in 2023, Alice developed her expertise at WeWork and Savills, where she honed a sharp eye for business operations within fast-paced, high-performance corporate environments. That experience informs everything she does at AHL, from streamlining internal processes to elevating the experience the team delivers to every buyer and seller.

Away from the office, Alice enjoys exploring new restaurants, trying out gym classes and travelling.

Puja brings 7 years of specialist valuation experience to Auction House London, working across residential and commercial properties to deliver accurate, data-driven assessments clients can rely on. As Senior Auction Specialist, she plays a central role in making sure every instruction is priced accurately, giving sellers the best possible foundation for a successful auction outcome.

Her strategy is based on evidence rather than optimism. By combining rigorous market analysis with an in-depth understanding of the auction process, Puja helps property owners maximise their returns and manage the valuation and sale process with certainty. Her breadth of experience across asset classes means she is equally at home advising on a residential investment as she is on a commercial or industrial instruction.

Joe brings a strong commercial background to Auction House London, applying the rigour and market insight he developed before joining the team in 2021 to valuations across residential and commercial properties. As Auction Specialist, he has built a reputation for accuracy and professionalism, delivering assessments that clients trust and that consistently hold up on auction day.

His knowledge of local and regional market patterns sets him apart, enabling him to offer genuine expert advice whether a client is selling, investing or examining development potential. That breadth of understanding, across asset classes and geographies, means Joe is well placed to deal with complex and varied instructions with the same level of care and precision.

Away from the auction room, Joe is a season ticket holder at Spurs, enjoys playing padel and likes spending time with family and friends.

Noah joined Auction House London in 2022, bringing a new outlook and a meticulous approach to property valuation that has quickly earned the trust of clients across a wide range of instructions. As an Auction Specialist, he works across residential, commercial and industrial properties, approaching every valuation with the same level of precision and dedication, whether the instruction is for a family home, a large estate or a complex commercial asset.

In the relatively short time he has been with the team, Noah has developed a strong technical foundation and a reputation for producing reports that clients can rely on. His evidence-based approach, grounded in comparable data, in-depth market analysis and honest assessment, ensures every client is well-positioned ahead of auction day.

Away from the office, Noah enjoys going to the gym, watching sports, and listening to music.

Zac plays a key role at Auction House London, overseeing compliance and supporting the seamless delivery of every auction cycle. As Compliance Manager, he ensures all legal documentation meets strict regulatory standards, protecting both buyers and sellers. He also coordinates the production of our digital auction catalogues and drives communications through targeted marketing campaigns.

Having joined the team in 2020, in the middle of covid, Zac has never experienced an in-room auction. This has not stopped Zac’s ambition to appear on the rostrum. Zac has developed a strong foundation in property law, auction logistics, and stakeholder engagement. In 2024, he made his debut as an auctioneer, further extending his contribution to the business and enhancing the service we deliver to clients.

Away from the auction room, Zac is a loyal Arsenal supporter, and after years of waiting, he finally has a Premier League title to celebrate. He also enjoys music and spending time with friends and family.

Georgia plays a vital supporting role at Auction House London, working directly alongside Co-Founder and Auctioneer Andrew Binstock while also overseeing the delivery of the company’s timed online auction programme. Her dual responsibilities require both an attentive eye for detail and the ability to manage competing priorities with efficiency and composure, qualities she brings to every part of her role.

Having joined the team in 2020, Georgia came to AHL with a background in property recruitment, giving her a strong understanding of the industry and its people. That experience, combined with four years embedded at the heart of the business, means she has developed an exceptionally broad knowledge of how AHL operates and what it takes to deliver a seamless auction experience.

Away from the office, Georgia enjoys socialising with family and friends, meeting new people and travelling when the opportunity arises.

Amber brings an enthusiastic and people-first approach to new business development at Auction House London, focusing on building relationships with new clients and helping buyers and sellers navigate the auction process with confidence. Since joining the team in 2022, she has developed a strong understanding of the property market and the auction sector, applying warmth and dedication to every conversation, whether with a first-time buyer or an experienced investor.

Before joining AHL, Amber worked alongside artists and galleries across London and Leicestershire, developing strong communication and relationship-building skills in client-facing and administrative roles. That background, rooted in understanding what people need and making complex processes feel accessible, translates naturally into the work she does today.

Away from the office, Amber enjoys reading, travelling and socialising with family and friends. She is always enthusiastic about meeting new people and rising to new challenges.

Ella joined Auction House London in 2024, bringing a distinctive blend of analytical thinking and creative instinct to her role in new business development. Having completed a degree in Economics and Management at Bocconi University, one of Europe’s leading business schools, and acquired practical experience in architecture and interior design, she brings a genuinely cross-disciplinary perspective to the team.

Having first joined AHL as an intern, Ella quickly demonstrated the drive and curiosity that made her a natural fit for a permanent role. Her focus is on building relationships with new clients and expanding AHL’s reach, approaching every conversation with the energy and professionalism that come from a strong academic foundation and a genuine passion for the property industry.

Away from the office, Ella enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling and learning new languages.

Olivia plays a central role in the day-to-day delivery of Auction House London’s sales operations, leading the sales support team to ensure every auction cycle runs smoothly from instruction through to completion. Since joining in 2023, she has quickly proven herself as a key part of the team, bringing the organisational precision and process-driven mindset she developed working alongside global brands in administration and project management roles.

Her background gives her a strong appreciation for the importance of clear communication, efficient systems, and a consistent client experience, all of which she applies in the high-speed environment of property auctions. Whether she is supporting buyers through the bidding process, coordinating behind the scenes or helping the wider team deliver on sale day, Olivia manages every task with a consistent level of care and attention.

Away from the office, Olivia enjoys listening to music, spending time with friends and family and walking her dog.

Max has been part of the Auction House London team for three years, establishing himself as a dependable and organised member of the sales support function. His role sits at the heart of the auction operation, managing client enquiries, coordinating across teams, and helping ensure every sale is delivered effectively and to the highest standard.

More recently, Max has begun contributing to the valuation process, broadening his expertise across the auction cycle and deepening his understanding of what it takes to successfully bring a property to market. That willingness to expand his knowledge and take on new responsibilities reflects the kind of proactive approach that makes him a valued team member.

Known for his organisational skills and genuine commitment to client relationships, Max is passionate about his role in delivering successful outcomes for buyers and sellers alike.

Oliver joined Auction House London in 2021, bringing a business degree from Nottingham Trent University and an ambition to build a career in property. As Auction Support Executive, he plays an important role in the smooth delivery of the auction process, supporting the wider team across operational and administrative functions that keep every cycle running efficiently.

Having been with the team for over 4 years, Oliver has developed a solid understanding of the auction environment and the service standards that AHL’s clients expect. His business background provides a strong foundation for the varied demands of the role, and his commitment to the team’s success is clear in the contribution he makes day to day.

Away from the office, Oliver is passionate about football and golf and enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Lex joins Auction House London as the newest member of the Sales Support team, bringing two years of experience in the property sales sector. He keeps the engine running behind the scenes, managing admin processes, client communications and property listings with care and precision.

Outside of work, Lex is a DJ with a serious passion for music, and a devoted owner of Sabre, his dog, who we suspect gets equal billing.

 

Amy brings over two decades of combined experience to her role at Auction House London, having spent 14 years in the property industry before joining the team in 2019. As Compliance Administrator, she is responsible for the administrative backbone of every auction cycle, liaising with solicitors, handling legal documentation and assuring that every sale meets the regulatory criteria that protect buyers and sellers alike.

Her depth of experience means she understands the weight and complexity behind every piece of paperwork that passes through the business. That knowledge, combined with the relationships she has built with solicitors and legal professionals over the years, means she is ideally placed to keep the compliance process running smoothly, even when instructions are complex or time-sensitive.

Away from the office, Amy enjoys spending time with family, socialising with friends and meeting new people.

Bo joined Auction House London as Auction Support Executive, bringing with her a strong set of organisational and customer-facing skills developed during her time working in retail. Her background in a client-focused environment has given her a natural ability to communicate effectively and deliver a high standard of service, qualities that translate directly into the fast-paced world of property auctions.

Since joining the team, Bo has quickly become a valued part of the support function, supporting the smooth delivery of the auction process and demonstrating the kind of enthusiasm and attention to detail that makes a real difference behind the scenes.
