    Addendum

    1. Subject to 1 above being satisfied by the Long Stop Date, completion shall take place 5 working days from a copy of the HMO licence being provided by the Seller. 3. If the Condition is not satisfied by the Long Stop Date, either party shall be entitled to serve written notice on the other determining this Contract and on receipt of this notice this Contract shall terminate and the Seller shall return the Deposit back to the Buyer. 4. The property is sold subject to the rental income figure as advertised and in the event that the rental income is less than this sum on completion the Seller agrees to top up the difference by way of a rental contribution sum for the first 12 months.
