The following planning application has been submitted to West Berkshire Council (ref: 23/00363/MDOPO) on 14th February 2023: 'Modification of Planning Obligation on approved application 14/00146/OUTMAJ - Outline Application: Development of 72 Flats. Matters to be considered: Access, Appearance, Layout and Scale'. A decision for this application is pending.
