SURVEY PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions apply to the Auction House London preferences survey and the associated prize draw (“the Prize Draw”). By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Promoter
The Promoter is Auction House London, 5 Hampstead Gate, 1a Frognal, Hampstead, London NW3 6AL (“AHL”, “we”, “us”).
2. Eligibility
• Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• You must have received the survey invitation directly from AHL to a valid email address.
• Employees, agents and consultants of Auction House London, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw are not eligible to enter.
• Only one entry per person is permitted, regardless of how many email addresses a person holds or how many times an invitation is received.
• No purchase is necessary and no payment is required to enter.
3. How to Enter
• Entry is by completing the online survey via the link provided in the email invitation.
• The survey must be completed in full to be entered into the Prize Draw.
• The Prize Draw closes on 31st August 2026. Entries received after this date will not be counted.
• AHL is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or not received due to technical failure, network issues or any cause outside our reasonable control.
4. The Prize
• One winner will be selected to receive a £250 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card.
• The prize is as stated and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item. It is non-transferable.
• If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, AHL reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
• Amazon.co.uk Gift Cards are subject to Amazon’s own terms and conditions, available at www.amazon.co.uk/gc-legal. AHL is not responsible for the administration of the gift card once issued.
5. Selecting a Winner
• The winner will be selected at random from all valid completed entries received before the closing date.
• The draw will take place within 14 days of the closing date.
• The Promoter’s decision on the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Notifying the Winner
• The winner will be contacted directly using the email address provided by 30th September 2026.
• The winner must respond within 14 days of being notified to claim the prize. If we do not receive a response within this time, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
• AHL may request the winner’s name for internal record keeping. The winner’s name will not be published without their consent.
7. Use of Your Data
• Information provided in the survey will be used by AHL to update your marketing preferences and to make sure the emails you receive are relevant to your interests.
• Your data will be processed in accordance with UK data protection law and the AHL Privacy Policy, available at [privacy policy URL].
• Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
• You can update your preferences or ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing [contact email] or using the unsubscribe link in any of our emails.
• Completing the survey is optional. Choosing not to take part will not affect the service you receive from AHL.
8. General
• AHL reserves the right to amend these terms, or to cancel, suspend or extend the Prize Draw, at any stage if circumstances make this necessary, acting reasonably at all times.
• AHL reserves the right to disqualify any entrant reasonably believed to have breached these terms or to have entered fraudulently.
• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
