Andrew Binstock has been in the auction industry since 1999 and co-founded Auction House London in 2011. Andrew is widely considered to be one of the best auctioneers in the UK with his energetic and passionate style combined with his ability to entertain the audience and his refusal to bring the gavel down until the very last pound has been extracted. He regularly features on BBC1’s Homes Under the Hammer and conducts numerous charity auctions throughout the year. Away from the office Andrew is a keen footballer and an avid Chelsea fan.

Jamie Royston has been in the property industry for the last 30 years in various guises. Jamie brings a wealth of experience to the company after founding a Financial Brokerage specialising in equities, derivatives and commodities to a corporate client base. Jamie’s fresh approach to the Auction industry has been a major factor in the continued growth of Auction House London. Away from the office Jamie splits his time between family and his love of football and Martial Arts.

Jamie Weir has 15 years sales experience starting his early career in the motor trade then working his has way through into estate agency, finally in the most recent years the auction sector. Never scared of change Jamie has proven to be a vital part of any team and has always shown a resilience to succeed in any demanding market. Previously working for Countrywide Auctions (Now in Partnership with Auction House London), Jamie brings with him a successful working relationship with the UK’s largest estate agency group with brands like Hamptons International, John D Wood and Bairstow Eves to name a few.

Jordan Phillips has been at Auction House London since 2013 and in that time has proved him self to be a highly competent valuer and an asset to the company. He regularly receives positive feedback from his clients and is consistently building his network and reputation. Away from the office Jordan enjoys travelling and socialising with friends and clients alike.

Previously to joining AHL in November 2023, Alice established herself in the flexible office space industry, ex- WeWork & Savills. Over her career she has developed a keen eye for business operations within in a strong corporate environment, which she will be helping to apply and develop with the young and dynamic team at Auction House London. Outside of work, Alice’s interests including trying out new gym classes, restaurants and travelling.

Liz Bentley has been our finance manager since the foundation of Auction House London in 2011, having previous experience in the property industry in the Merseyside area.  Liz was a senior manager with Ernst & Young for many years and has used the knowledge and experience gained in that role to develop the accounting systems that have supported the growth of Auction House London over the last 10 years.  Away from the office Liz enjoys spending time with her family (including her crazy spaniel) and friends.  She is a keen football supporter and enjoys travel.

Puja Rawal joined us in the July of 2017 with a strong property background and a passion for the auction sector. Now a valuer and building her client portfolio she is exceeding in the sales department and a strong member of the team. In her spare time she enjoys adventurous activities and taking trips abroad.

Zac joined in June 2020 after he completed a property auction house apprenticeship. Zac is responsible for the operations and marketing side of the auction cycles which mostly includes helping to prepare the catalogues, sharing newsletters to the public and completing compliance checks for both sellers and buyers. Outside of work, Zac enjoys listening to music, going to watch Arsenal and spending time with friends and family.

Georgia joined the team in August 2020 to pursue her passion for property after previous experience in Property Recruitment. Away from the office, Georgia enjoys socialising with family and friends, meeting new faces and jetting away when she can. She also loves football and tries to go to as many QPR games as she can, of course this is only when they actually win.

Joe joined in the team in March 2021 having previous worked in various elements of property. As a valuer his main focus is speaking with clients and securing new instructions for the company. Away from the office, Joe enjoys spending time with friends and family and is a keen Spurs supporter.

Amy joined Auction House London at the beginning of 2019 after working in the property industry for 14 years. Amy is responsible for the administration side of the auction cycles which mostly includes liaising with solicitors and dealing with the legal documents. Outside of work Amy spends time with her family and socialising with friends. She also loves going on walks with her little boy and her crazy little Frenchie.

Oliver joined in June 2021, to pursue a career in property. Having graduated Nottingham Trent University with a Business degree, Oliver is now taking on a Master’s in Real Estate. Outside of the office, Oliver is passionate about football and enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Noah Joined the team in January 2022 after finishing university. His main focus is supporting the sales team and learning everything he can about property auctions. Away from the office, Noah enjoys listening to music, watching any sport on TV, and going to the Gym.

Max joined the team full time in March 2022 after working with us previously with viewings and helping on auction day. His main focus is supporting the sales team and learning everything he can about property auctions. Away from the office Max enjoys playing football and watching a variety of sports as well as spending time with his family and friends.

‘Amber joined the team in March 2022 to enhance her knowledge in business and property. Previously, she collaborated with various artists and art galleries in London and Leicestershire in mainly assistant and administration roles. Outside of the office, Amber enjoys reading, travelling, and socialising with family and friends. She is always enthused to meet new people and rise to new challenges.’

Olivia joined the team in September 2023, wanting to develop and grow her skills within the property industry. Previously, she has worked alongside global brands whilst in admin and project management roles. Outside of work, Olivia enjoys listening to music, spending time with friends and family, and playing with her dog. She is very extroverted and loves meeting new people.
