Alice Chemla is Head of Operations at Auction House London, bringing over a decade of property industry experience across estate agency, commercial valuations and flexible workspace to the operational running of one of London’s leading auction businesses.

Alice has built her career within the property industry from an early age, developing her experience whilst studying and working alongside her education. Beginning her journey in estate agency whilst still at school, Alice went on to gain experience across commercial property, valuations and auctions, building a strong understanding of the industry from the ground up.
After studying Hispanic Studies at King’s College London, Alice continued to broaden her property experience, working within the Savills valuation team in Spain, as well as gaining valuable sales and management experience at WeWork and Savills’ Workthere division.
Since joining Auction House London, Alice has become a key part of the team, overseeing operations and ensuring the smooth running of the business. Known for her proactive approach and ability to make things happen, Alice is the person who connects the dots, solves challenges and ensures everything moves forward behind the scenes.
With a strong people-focused approach, Alice thrives on building relationships, supporting teams and finding solutions to operational challenges. Her ability to manage multiple moving parts whilst maintaining a high standard of service makes her an integral part of the Auction House London team.
Outside of work, Alice enjoys keeping active with spin classes, discovering new restaurants, travelling and attending festivals.
