We understand from the vendor that the following works have been carried out to date:
Ground floor joists removed for future replacement, completion of under pinning to basement, excavation of basement floor to achieve headroom of 2.2 metres, preparation and concreting of basement floor, installation of drainage pipes and sewage pump in basement, installation of structural steelwork to basement and ground floor. All working drawings have been passed by the Building Surveyor, all structural work have been calculated by a structural engineer.

Please note that we have been advised that planning has been revised and approved to create a 2 bedroom dwelling.
